US food manufacturer Amylu Foods has launched a new line of organic Chicken Sausages.

The new range includes four varieties: Apple, Sweet Italian, Spinach & Feta and Basil & Cracked Black Pepper.

This is the company’s first organic sausage line, joining its existing range of organic chicken burgers and meatballs. The sausages are made with organic chicken and contain no antibiotics, nitrates, nitrites or artificial ingredients. According to the company, unlike many options on the market, the new products use a natural casing.

Ashlee Leo, VP of marketing at Amylu Foods, said: "Our customers are increasingly seeking organic, clean-label protein options that don't sacrifice flavour or quality – and this new line is our answer to that demand. We've seen incredible success with our organic chicken burgers and meatballs, and the launch of our organic chicken sausage line is a natural next step as we expand our portfolio."

Each pack contains four 12oz links. The new range is available at Harris Teeter, Fresh Thyme and Gelson's store.
