Bubbies Ice Cream has announced the launch of three limited-edition holiday-inspired mochi ice cream flavours: Red Velvet, Peppermint Candy and Gingerbread. These bite-sized ice creams are wrapped in a sweet mochi dough. Gingerbread Mochi Ice Cream: Premium gingerbread ice cream, featuring the taste of ginger, cloves, cinnamon, and molasses, inside mochi dough. Red Velvet Mochi Ice Cream: Bubbies describes this as “a fan-favourite flavour”, it contains red velvet ice cream wrapped in mochi dough. Peppermint Candy Mochi Ice Cream: Peppermint candy ice cream inside mochi dough.
