Orchard Pig, which is based in Coxbridge, just outside Glastonbury in the UK, is a finalist in the Adult Soft Drinks category of the Beverage Innovation Awards.
The two-man operation is competing against international industry giants, including Coca-Cola and Innocent Drinks.
The winners will be announced at a gala industry dinner in Moscow later this month.
Orchard Pig was formed last year by friends Andrew Quinlan and Neil McDonald. Its range of traditionally produced ciders and apple juices won a clutch of awards at last year’s Bath and West Show.
The company has been working with Bath-based brand design company Blue Marlin to create a fresh and attractive image for Orchard Pig and its products.
“We’re very excited to have been shortlisted for this award, especially as the competition from around the world is so tough and so strong,” said Andrew.
