Cheesemaker Schuman Cheese has entered into the truffle category with the launch of new refrigerated confection, mascarpone bites. Delve Mascarpone Truffles are made with Italian-style cheese and wrapped in pure, sustainably sourced chocolate. The bites are available in four varieties, sea-salted caramel crème, raspberry, lemon and chocolate ganache. The company also launched a 36-piece sharing box containing sea-salted caramel crème, chocolate ganache and an exclusive tiramisu flavour. “At Schuman Cheese, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of cheesemaking and have withheld a generations-long dedication to innovating across this category with only the highest quality ingredients,” said Allison Schuman, chief business development officer at Schuman Cheese. “Delve is the epitome of those efforts, bringing truffles off the shelf and to fresh, new heights with the richness of our award-winning mascarpone cheese, for an experience unlike any other. Think of us as your very own chocolatiers.” The individual boxes are priced at an RRP of $7.99 and are available online on Amazon Fresh or in-store in select retailers. The 36-piece box for an RRP of $15.99 and is available to buy at Costco stores.
