Italian wine and spirits brand Stella Rosa has expanded its Spicy Series with a bold new flavour: Watermelon & Chili.

The latest launch joins Pineapple & Chili and Mango & Chili in the collection, known for blending fruit-forward sweetness with a touch of heat.

Described as a “vibrant fusion of juicy watermelon and subtle, spicy Calabrian chili,” the new release offers a balance of "crisp sweetness" and "lingering warmth".

Stella Rosa’s Watermelon & Chili is made from a blend of 95% white moscato and 5% brachetto grapes grown in Italy and hand-harvested at peak ripeness. With a refreshing 5% ABV, Watermelon & Chili is designed for effortless enjoyment, whether served chilled on its own or mixed into cocktails.
