Diageo India has expanded its gin offering with the launch of Tanqueray Rangpur and Tanqueray Mallaca. The two novel variants were created to tap into the increasing popularity among consumers for diverse gin cocktails. Tanqueray Rangpur offers a citrus-infused profile, crafted with Rangpur lime, a hybrid of mandarin and citron that provides aromatic and subtle bitter notes, the gin incorporates four botanicals, bay leaf and ginger. Tanqueray Malacca, named after a city in Malaysia, provides Eastern flavours through a blend of exotic local ingredients and features botanicals such as peppercorns, cloves, ginger root, cardamom and rose.
