Irish chocolatier Lir Chocolates has partnered with Baileys to launch a limited-edition chocolate microphone ahead of Eurovision 2024.
Shaped like a microphone and made from smooth milk chocolate, the product features a 'snap off' top, revealing a hollow base that can be filled with a Baileys cocktail or a scoop of ice cream. According to the company, the chocolate is designed for shoppers to create their own Baileys treats at home while celebrating Eurovision.
Alison Robson, marketing manager of Baileys Chocolate, said: “In the celebration that is Eurovision, where millions join in on a shared love of music and culture, we’re confident consumers are going to enjoy our Bailey’s Chocolate offering of the Chocolate Eurovision Microphone." "This innovative creation serves as more than just an indulgent treat; it embodies the essence of fun and joy that Eurovision symbolises." The chocolate will be available to purchase from Ocado and selected retailers for £4.
