Mightylicious has debuted a range of handcrafted, gluten-free cookies. The line-up includes seven flavours: Brown butter Chocolate Chip, Brown Butter Shortbread, Oatmeal Raisin, Double Dutch Chocolate Chip, Grandma Arline’s Oatmeal Coconut, Salted Peanut Butter and Vegan Chocolate Chip. The soft-baked cookies are made from all-natural, non-GMO ingredients and are free from gluten, wheat, rye, barley and RBST. Mightylicious' founder, Carolyn Haeler, stated that her celiac disease diagnosis inspired her to develop Mightylicious handcrafted cookies: "Our hand-crafted cookies are designed to indulge and satisfy...I was determined to create a cookie that was gluten-free, healthy and above all, irresistibly delicious.” Mightylicious will be available online and in retail outlets, including Walmart, Whole Foods, Costco, King’s, Price Chopper and more.
