Nestlé UK & Ireland names Gordon Yule to lead new Nutrition & Health division

Nestlé UK & Ireland names Gordon Yule to lead new Nutrition & Health division

Nestlé UK & Ireland has appointed Gordon Yule as business executive officer for its newly created Nutrition & Health business, effective 1 June 2026.

The move brings together Nestlé’s Nutrition and Nestlé Health Science operations into a single organisation designed to accelerate growth across life-stage nutrition, medical nutrition and emerging wellness segments.

Yule takes on the role following four years with Nestlé Health Science, where he oversaw the integration of the former Bountiful business into the company’s operations.

The new Nutrition & Health structure reflects broader shifts in consumer demand toward preventative health, active nutrition and personalised well-being solutions, areas that continue to drive investment and innovation across the food and beverage sector.

In his new role, Yule will lead the combined organisation across the UK and Ireland, with responsibility for integrating teams, driving innovation and expanding Nestlé’s presence in high-growth nutrition categories.

Speaking about the appointment, Yule said the business had a significant opportunity to strengthen its impact across consumer and patient health.

He said: “By bringing together our expertise, science and passion, we have a real opportunity to build something powerful for the consumers, patients and customers who rely on us every day.”

Under his leadership, the business will focus on infant and medical nutrition, as well as accelerating growth in women’s health, weight management and healthy ageing.
