Suja Life, a functional wellness platform and the parent company of Suja Organic and Vive Organic, has acquired soda brand Slice. Slice, a popular fruit-flavoured soda from the 1980s, will be reintroduced in 2025 with a fresh look and a revamped formula featuring clean ingredients. The improved ingredients will introduce a new healthy soda option to Suja Life’s portfolio, with flavours and tastes resembling classic, nostalgic sodas. The relaunched product will be all-natural, low-calorie and designed to promote gut health with superior nutrition, function and taste. Maria Stipp, CEO of Suja Life, said: “We believe that choosing a healthy lifestyle shouldn’t mean giving up on flavour or enjoyment. With the acquisition of Slice, we are making it easier for consumers to choose a better-for-you beverage.
