UPL, a provider of sustainable agricultural solutions, announces the opening of its global Natural Plant Protection (NPP) research centre in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico. UPL claims that this research centre is a state-of-the-art facility with specialized equipment. The company aims for the modern greenhouse to become a hub for experienced researchers, where they can foster collaborations with local and international universities and research centres, UPL also plans for the facility to serve as a platform for agricultural knowledge and innovative solutions. The company’s NPP portfolio covers a range of applications, including increasing crop resilience to disease, pests, and environmental conditions as well as improving soil health while reducing residues and environmental impacts.
