All Things expands cottage cheese range with low-fat innovation amid category boom

All Things expands cottage cheese range with low-fat innovation amid category boom

British dairy brand All Things is extending its fast-growing cottage cheese portfolio with the launch of a new low-fat variant, tapping into surging consumer demand for high-protein, minimally processed foods.

The new All Things Low Fat Cottage Cheese is positioned as a lighter alternative that maintains the creamy texture and taste profile of the brand’s original range, under the tagline “Low-fat. Still lush.”

The launch comes as cottage cheese experiences a strong revival in the UK, with the category delivering more than 50% year-on-year growth. Once viewed as a diet staple, the product has undergone a significant repositioning, driven by social media trends, high-protein diets and demand for less processed foods.

The launch builds on the brand’s initial cottage cheese range, introduced in early 2026 in collaboration with nutrition-focused content creator Emily English. That line-up included traditional Natural alongside more unconventional flavours such as Mango and Mixed Berries, developed with Fearne & Rosie.

Co-founder Toby Hopkinson said: "Cottage cheese has come back in a big way because it delivers exactly what modern shoppers want, something that’s high in protein, genuinely versatile and easy to use across the day. With Low Fat Cottage Cheese, we wanted to create a lighter option that still feels creamy and satisfying."

All Things Low Fat Cottage Cheese began rolling out across UK retailers in March 2026, launching first in Morrisons, with listings to follow in Ocado, Sainsbury’s and Waitrose. The product carries a starting RRP of £1.85.
