Belazu Ingredient Company and Miso Tasty have announced the launch of Miso Harissa Cooking Paste, a combination of each brand’s most popular product. The limited-edition cooking paste is a fusion of North African and Japanese cuisines, combining peppery warm spices with deep umami notes. The paste is balanced with balsamic glaze and honey notes to increase its versatility. Founder of Miso Tasty, Bonnie Chung, said: “This is a truly unique and delicious combination.
