Döhler North America has acquired Premier Juices, strengthening its offering in natural fruit-based products and solutions.

Established in 1993, Premier Juices is an international supplier of fruit concentrates and byproducts, headquartered in Florida, US.

Döhler North America’s existing portfolio includes natural flavours, colours, and health ingredients, along with a wide range of plant-based products, ingredient systems and end-to-end solutions. Its acquisition of Premier Juices will enable it to deliver a broader and more comprehensive offering.

Premier Juices’ expertise and portfolio of fruit products - including lemon, lime, mango, passion fruit, pineapple, guava, cranberry, grapefruit, apple and more, will bolster Döhler’s established position in the market.

Döhler will integrate Premier Juices’ blending, packaging and quality control solutions to expand its capabilities with tailored formats for the food, beverage and life science and nutrition industries, as well as foodservice and private label businesses.

The deal includes the addition of strategic operations in Delaware, US – a key logistics hub improving supply chain efficiency. With optimised distribution networks, Döhler North America said will provide greater service reliability and flexibility to customers across the region.
