Full moon, or Vollmond Beer – made using biodynamic methods – has been launched in the UK. Biodynamic farming is being hailed as the next stage of ethical and healthy farming, following in the footsteps of organic farming.

The beer itself is brewed to strict biodynamic principles, being brewed only on the night of a full moon. The company behind the beer, Suisse Connection, isn't necessarily trying to say that drinking beer is good for you, but rather that if you're going to drink beer, then it should be beer that's made in the most ethical, chemical-free and planet-friendly way possible.
