Good Foods, known for its health-focused dips and guacamole, is set to introduce two limited-edition seasonal dip flavours – Pumpkin Spice and Cranberry Jalapeño – targeting the autumn market.
The new products will be available starting in September, reflecting current consumer preferences for innovative and trendy flavours.
Pumpkin Spice Dairy Spread & Dip (8oz, MSRP: $5.99) combines pumpkin, Greek yogurt and cream cheese with traditional seasonal spices, including cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
This product is positioned as a versatile option for various culinary applications, from spreads on crostini to enhancements in baked goods and fresh fruit pairings. It will be available at select retailers, including Sprouts, Safeway Seattle, Giant Eagle and Costco in the southeast US region.
In contrast, Cranberry Jalapeño Dairy Spread & Dip (9oz, MSRP: $5.99; 24oz, MSRP: $9.99) taps into the rising trend for “swicy” flavours – sweet and spicy combinations.
This dip blends the tartness of cranberries with the heat of jalapeño peppers, making it suitable for charcuterie boards, breakfast bagels or as a sandwich spread. It will be launched at BJ's Wholesale Clubs and will also be available at Sprouts, Giant Eagle and select Safeway stores in September.
Shannon Maher, chief growth officer at Good Foods, said: "These new seasonal dips mark Good Foods’ first venture into limited-edition products, showcasing our consumer-centric commitment to innovation and quality. [These] dips not only embrace the fall and holiday seasons but also create memorable moments around the table.”
