Horizon Family Brands has acquired Maple Hill Creamery, a US 100% grass-fed organic dairy company, in a move aimed at strengthening its presence in the organic dairy market.
The acquisition brings together two established organic dairy brands, with Horizon citing opportunities to expand retail reach, enhance product innovation and reinforce sustainable farming practices.
Horizon said the deal will improve supply chain efficiency and accelerate product development, with both companies committed to operational continuity during the integration.
