Hotel Chocolat introduces limited-edition drinking chocolates for January 2025

Hotel Chocolat has launched two limited-edition drinking chocolates as part of its seasonal offerings, catering to the growing demand for premium hot chocolate products.


The new flavours, called Love Ya Honey and Nuts About Raspberry, are designed to enhance the hot chocolate experience. Love Ya Honey features a blend of honeyed chocolate and caramel milk, combined with 50% milk, aiming to deliver a comforting and indulgent flavour profile.


Meanwhile, Nuts About Raspberry is a returning favorite, combines real raspberries with 45% Nutmilk chocolate, creating a balance of tartness and nuttiness.

Both products come in single-serve sachets, which can be prepared using Hotel Chocolat’s Velvetiser, a machine designed to create barista-quality drinks at home.


This convenience aligns with current consumer trends favouring at-home beverage preparation, particularly during colder months when hot drinks see increased demand.


The limited-edition drinking chocolates are now available exclusively to Hotel Chocolat’s VIP Me members starting January 6 2025, before a broader release on January 13 2025, across stores, online and in Velvetiser Cafés.



The introduction of these seasonal offerings underscores the brand's strategy to capitalise on the growing market for luxury hot chocolate, particularly as consumers seek out premium, indulgent experiences.


The company emphasises ethical sourcing and sustainability, with its operations linked directly to cacao farming through its Rabot Estate in St Lucia.
