Mars-owned snack brand Kind has launched several new fruity, grain-filled energy bars in the US, offering a 'fruit-forward' take on traditional energy bar products.
Made with five different types of grains, including oats, millets, buckwheat, amaranth and quinoa, the bars are designed to ‘provide long-lasting fuel' from whole grains without sugar spikes or artificial ingredients.
Three new fruity flavours are launching, including Strawberry Banana, Pineapple Mango and Mixed Berry. Each bar is made with real fruit and is topped with an oat milk drizzle. The fruity additions join Kind's Dark Chocolate and Peanut Butter options in the Healthy Grains range.
All of Kind's bars are gluten-free, non-GMO, and contain no artificial ingredients, no trans fats, low sodium and no sugar alcohols, as well as offering a source of fibre.
The new bars are now available at selected retailers nationwide, priced at $5.49 per pack.
