Kopparberg expands portfolio with crisp apple-flavoured cider

Kopparberg, a partner of Budweiser Brewing Group, has expanded its cider portfolio with the launch of a new flavour: Crisp Apple.


Set to launch on 1 January 2025, the apple cider has a 4% ABV to meet the changing preferences of cider drinkers. Blending the classic taste of apple cider with the signature sweetness Kopparberg is known for, Crisp Apple aims to appeal to a younger audience driving the resurgence of apple cider.


Peter Bronsman, founder of Kopparberg, said: “With a growing demand for modern apple ciders, we are thrilled to be able to bring Kopparberg Crisp Apple to market in 2025, to ensure that drinkers can access the products they want, from the brands they love.”

With the rise in apple cider as a preferred choice in the category, the product will not only attract existing fans, but also build new brand fans. Kopparberg's Cider Apple is available on draught, in bottles and in cans across both the on- and off-trade.
