UK peanut butter brand, ManiLife, is set to open a a £1 million production facility in Shirebrook in early 2025 to support growing demand.

The 13,500-square-foot site will support domestic and international growth in retail and foodservice, with a Midlands location designed for efficient UK distribution. The facility is tailored to produce ManiLife’s signature small-batch quality on a larger scale.

The expansion comes after a successful year marked by the launch of its almond butter in UK retail and a new nationwide listing in Tesco, which includes popular products such as Deep Roast Crunchy, Original Roast Smooth and Original Roast Crunchy.

Jonny Bullivant, managing director of ManiLife, commented: “ManiLife is currently the UK’s fastest growing peanut butter brand, and this new facility is a significant step in our journey as we gear up for further growth. The facility has been designed to enable our small batch production, which is crucial, as it’s what makes our nut butters so premium and delicious and why our consumers love it.”
