Mars Food & Nutrition UK is expanding its ready meals range with 27 new products under its popular brands, Ben’s Original and Dolmio.
The extended line-up celebrates global cuisine and includes the Ben’s Street Food, Dolmio Classics and Dolmio Feasts ranges. The new innovations build on the success of Ben’s Original Favourites and Lunch Bowls, which launched last year.
Included in the expansion are Ben's Original's first-ever noodle products, launching as part of the Ben's Street Food offering, which is new to the UK. They are available in Chow Mein style, Teriyaki style, Thai style stir fry, Korean BBQ style, Singapore style and Spicy Indonesian style. The globally-inspired noodle pouches are ready in just two minutes.
The Dolmio brand is also unveiling several new convenience offerings this spring. Its new Dolmio Feasts feature creamy pasta dishes designed for one, available in spicy chorizo fusilli, cheesy mac and cheese, garlic and chicken rigatoni and spicy mac and cheese. Meanwhile, Dolmio Classics offers a selection of all-in-one pasta meals featuring Dolmio’s signature sauces, including meatball fusilli, carbonara fusilli, prosciutto tortellini and Bolognese rigatoni.
Nick Reade, general manager UK, Mars Food and Nutrition Europe, commented: “We are building a multi-year pipeline across our two biggest brands to unlock enormous category growth potential. People are looking for meals that fit into their busy lifestyles and our expanded range caters to all occasions and tastes – whether it’s a quick lunch, a comforting dinner or a globally inspired meal on the go".
Reade added that convenience "shouldn’t come at the cost of nutrition," noting that all of the new innovations are non-HFSS and use no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
He continued: "We’ve also focused on providing sources of protein, fibre and vegetables. In 2025, we are continuing to redefine the ambient ready meals category, providing shoppers with more high-quality and convenient choices than ever before."
Mars Food & Nutrition confirmed it is planning further new products and range extensions over the next two years, aiming to 'reshape' the ready meals landscape.
The new launches are now available in Sainsbury's, Iceland and Morrisons, with wider distribution to follow.
