Nutri-Grain launches new Power-Fulls Protein Bites

Nutri-Grain launches new Power-Fulls Protein Bites

Kellanova-owned breakfast brand Nutri-Grain has debuted its latest innovation: Power-Fulls soft-baked oat bites, available in Strawberry and Chocolate Chip flavours. Filled with hearty oat pieces and either real chocolate chips or fruit flavouring, these protein bites offer a balanced energy source to support consumers' daily activities. Nutri-Grain Power-Fulls are also high in protein and feature 8g of whole grains per serving. The ingredients list of these bites includes: whole grain oats, enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid), soybean oil, brown sugar, water, invert sugar, eggs, vegetable glycerin, barley and rice protein, whey protein isolate, milk protein isolate and sugar The bites additionally contain 2% or less of molasses, soy lecithin, egg whites, salt, natural flavours, monocalcium phosphate, baking soda, and mono- and diglycerides. The new bites aim to combat 'hangry' moments and offer consumers a convenient and nutritious solution for on-the-go snacking. 'Hangry' is a portmanteau of the words 'hungry' and 'angry,' which refers to the state of being irritable or short-tempered due to hunger. Eileen Flaherty, brand marketing director at Kellanova, commented: "Nutri-Grain has been families' go-to breakfast bar for over 30 years. Now with Nutri-Grain Power-Fulls, we're providing a simple protein-backed solution to prevent hangriness before it strikes, no matter the time or place." Nutri-Grain Power-Fulls are now available at retailers nationwide in the US.
