US functional beverages brand Olipop has announced the addition of a ‘healthy ginger ale’ product to its portfolio. The ginger ale product contains a prebiotic plant fibre blend including cassava root fibre, marshmallow root and chicory root inulin. It is low-sugar with just 5g of sugar per serving and 9g of fibre to support digestive health. Available online now, the product will also roll out at Whole Foods stores across the US in September. It is priced at $35.99 for a pack of 12 cans. It joins the brand's current portfolio of soda flavours including Watermelon Lime, Vintage Cola, Orange Squeeze, Cream Soda and Tropical Punch.
