Dutch keg manufacturer OneCircle, maker of the KeyKeg, has introduced a new pre-flushed version designed to simplify keg filling for beverage producers.
The innovation removes the need for manual venting and flushing, cutting labour, reducing gas use and supporting product quality.
The kegs come pre-vented and nitrogen-flushed, ready to fill straight from the box. Users only need to disinfect the coupler and connection, skipping traditional pre-filling steps.
The design builds on OneCircle’s Bag-in-Keg technology, which uses a laminated internal bag to protect contents from oxygen. The pre-fill nitrogen flush replaces residual oxygen, making the kegs suitable for oxygen-sensitive drinks such as beer, wine, kombucha and cold brew.
Available for producers now, the kegs are made from 53% circular materials and are 86% recyclable. Empty kegs can be collected and reused through OneCircle’s partner network.
