UK snacking brand Popcorn Shed has introduced a new range of gluten-free snack packs, targeting growing demand for portion-controlled, on-the-go indulgent treats within the better-for-you snacking segment.

Handcrafted in the UK using natural ingredients, the new line comprises five flavours inspired by classic desserts and bakery favourites. Each product is positioned as a convenient, single-serve option, with all variants containing fewer than 120 calories per pack.

The range includes:

  • Classic Caramel, featuring a traditional buttery coating

  • Shortbread, combining caramel popcorn with Belgian milk chocolate and biscuit crumbs

  • Cinnamon Roll, delivering a warm, spiced profile

  • Carrot Cake, blending sweet spice with cream cheese-style flavour notes

  • Cookies & Cream, pairing white chocolate flavouring with cookie crumb pieces

Each SKU is available in a 16 x 24g format with an RRP of £1.99 per pack, aligning with the growing trend towards permissible indulgence and calorie-conscious snacking.

The company said the launch is designed to challenge perceptions around gluten-free products, emphasising flavour-led innovation while maintaining accessible nutritional credentials. The range is aimed at multiple consumption occasions, including lunchboxes, travel and everyday snacking.

Founded in 2016, Popcorn Shed has built a portfolio of more than 30 flavours across various formats, with distribution spanning online and retail channels in the UK and internationally.
