Sartori Cheese has added two new flavours to its cheddar cheese portfolio: Sriracha cheddar and Italian herb cheddar. The brand said that the sriracha cheddar flavour offers a fusion of subtle heat and spice. Meanwhile, the Italian herb cheddar features a blend of rosemary, sage and oregano. "We're excited to share sriracha cheddar and Italian herb cheddar with people all over the world," said Sartori Cheese CEO Bert Sartori. "Our Master Cheesemakers have worked hard to develop these two unique flavours, and we can't wait for everyone to experience them in the way they enjoy most." The cheeses will be available online at the brand's website, as well as at US retailers nationwide.
