Whisps to release new range of protein-packed poppable snacks

Whisps is launching a new range of protein-packed poppable snacks – called Popped – made from 100% real cheese. The new product is seasoned with additional cheese to enhance its flavour. According to the company, Whisps' proprietary process uses protein-packed cheese as the primary ingredient, avoiding low-nutritional-value fillers like corn or wheat.

The range is available in three variants: Very Cheddar, Perfectly Parmesan and Jalapeño Popped. Popped is made entirely from real cheese, grated and baked into poppable snacks, and then seasoned with more cheese. Each serving provides 10g of protein from real cheese. Whisps Popped will be available at Costco, Walmart and Albertsons stores nationwide for $5.99 per 3.5oz bag.
