Winners were unveiled during a special live ceremony in front of industry experts, competitors, and other professionals at the Hotel, Restaurant, & Catering (HRC) event, part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week, at the ExCel London, UK.

The World Catering Technology Awards 2025 judging panel's expertise has been essential in evaluating the diverse range of submissions, and their commitment to celebrating excellence has been crucial in making these awards a success as it celebrates its second year. The range of solutions and innovations improving the global hospitality, restaurant and catering experience continues to grow.
What happened last year?
In 2024 the World Catering Technology Awards celebrated its inaugural ceremony, held at HRC during the Food, Drink & Hospitality Week.
2024's awards highlighted the rapid advancements and transformative trends shaping how food service businesses operate and deliver exceptional customer experiences. From groundbreaking kitchen equipment to sophisticated digital platforms, the winners showcased technologies that are driving efficiency, sustainability, and enhanced dining experiences.
Several key themes emerged from the awards. Sustainability was a prominent focus, with multiple winners recognized for their contributions to reducing waste and promoting eco-friendly practices.
Each year 30,000 visitors explore more than the 1,500 exhibitors across HRC and it's co-located events.
The World Catering Technology Awards supports exhibitors to increase their exposure at the event and beyond.
