British retailer Aldi has launched various new products, created to tap into what it calls the ‘hottest trend of 2024’ – hot honey.

Firstly, the supermarket has introduced Specially Selected Hot Honey Pork Belly Bites, which feature a tender texture with a hint of chilli spice. They can oven-baked or air-fried for a crispy snack. The second new product, Specially Selected Greek Feta and Hot Honey Bites, combine crumbly, salty feta and sharp hot honey.

Next, Aldi’s Specially Selected Hot Honey Flatbreads are made with hand stretched dough with hints of honey, chilli and dried rosemary. Finally, the retailer’s Specially Selected Honey, Chilli and Camembert Crisps provide a sweet, spicy, salty, crunchy, festive flavour.

These new products join the recently launched Sauce Shop x Aldi Spiced Cranberry Hot Honey Sauce. A twist on Sauce Shop’s Honey Sriracha Drizzle, this spicy dressing blends warm mulled wine spices with sweet honey and tangy cranberry.

The new range of hot honey products are rolling out into Aldi stores over the coming days.
