Our Crunchtime poll has now closed – see results below!

What is Crunchtime?

Crunchtime is an interactive podcast series designed for professionals within the food and beverage industry. It aims to provide industry insiders with a monthly deep dive into the most pressing issues, emerging trends, and groundbreaking innovations shaping the food and beverage landscape.

You choose the topics, we bring the experts

What sets Crunchtime apart is its interactive format, allowing listeners to actively participate by voting for their preferred topic each month.

Each month, FoodBev will select a central theme (for example, ‘sustainability’) and pose four questions within that theme in a dedicated poll. You will have the opportunity to choose one question based on your preference.

The winning topic will be explored in an engaging podcast format, featuring illuminating interviews, insightful roundtable discussions, or expert commentary with industry leaders.

This month's topic

This month, the topic is 'Fraud and counterfeit activity in F&B'. The four sub-topics you can choose from are:

  • Digital technologies in preventing food and beverage fraud

  • How to prevent fraud in luxury food and beverage items

  • Government advice and guidelines for preventing counterfeit food and beverages

  • The economic impact of food and beverage counterfeiting

The Crunchtime August 2024 poll is now closed. The winning sub-topic was "Digital technologies in preventing food and beverage fraud".
