Fever-Tree and French rosé producer Maison Mirabeau have collaborated on a new pale pink Rosé Spritz, which has an ABV of 8%.
The Fever-Tree x Mirabeau Rosé Spritz is made with a blend of Mirabeau Forever Summer Rosé and Fever-Tree Raspberry & Orange Blossom Soda, resulting in a lightly effervescent spritz with delicate notes of red fruit and floral blossom and balanced aromas of raspberry, stone fruit, orange blossom and pink grapefruit.
Tim Warrillow, co-founder and CEO of Fever-Tree, said: “Our new Rosé Spritz is perfect for easy summer drinking, with a light and refreshing taste synonymous of Mediterranean shores. We wanted to ensure we catered for the growing consumer demand for longer, lower alcohol serves, and especially spritzes, whilst still delivering on quality and flavour.”
Jeany Cronk, co-founder of Maison Mirabeau, commented: “The spritz is one of the drinks of our time and we have loved working with Warrillow and the rest of his team over the past few months. Our goal was to create a light yet flavoursome spritz that keeps the all-important balance between the wine and soda aromatics.” She continued: “We were already recommending Fever-Tree with our Rosé Gin, so it was a natural next step to team up and produce a bottled version of our favourite rosé wine with this delicious, naturally flavoured soda. We couldn’t be happier with how it’s turned out and hope it will become a staple at parties and gatherings this summer.”
