Kraft Heinz has expanded its portfolio with its first pasta launch in the last ten years under its Heinz brand, Spaghetti Carbonara.
Heinz created the new product as an easy, quick meal that’s ‘fail-proof,’ after noticing users on social media were struggling to successfully cook carbonara recipes.
The new canned carbonara contains spaghetti pasta and pancetta in a cheese sauce, providing a rich and creamy flavour while being low in fat and sugar and containing no artificial colours.
Alessandra de Dreuille, meals director at Kraft Heinz, said: “We understand that people are looking for convenient meals that are effortless to prepare, and our new Spaghetti Carbonara delivers just that. It’s the perfect solution for a quick and satisfying meal at home. The new Heinz Spaghetti Carbonara is available to purchase at retailers across the UK from September, for an RRP of £2.
