UK alcohol-free sparkling wine brand Nozeco has added a new product, Nozeco Spritz, to its range.
Nozeco Spritz is the fifth variety to debut as part of the brand’s portfolio alongside Nozeco, Nozeco Rosé, Nozeco Peach Bellini and Nozeco Buck’s Fizz.
The sparkling beverage, made from dealcoholised wine, is bright orange with fine bubbles, offering natural flavours of orange and grapefruit that result in a refreshing drink with subtle citrus aromas that balance acidity and sweetness. Nozeco recommends the drink be served over ice in a large wine glass.
Nozeco is made using a dealcoholisation process that preserves the aromatic quality of the wine, giving it a similar richness and sensory experience to that of alcoholic sparkling wines. Vacuum distillation at very low temperatures is used to preserve the wine’s natural qualities.
French winemaker, Les Grands Chais de France, produces Nozeco. The company’s UK area manager, Mathieu Bechtel, commented: “Our Nozeco collection is going from strength to strength, and Nozeco Spritz is not just for those looking for an alternative to alcohol but a great drink in its own right for moments of celebration”.
Nozeco Spritz is available in a 75cl bottle at Morrison’s stores for £4, and at Asda for £3.50.
