Primal Kitchen has expanded its portfolio with the launch of a new avocado oil.

Pure Organic Avocado Oil is non-GMO Project Verified and USDA Organic certified, meeting standards for a range of dietary needs, including keto, paleo and Whole30. Made from premium Mexican-grown organic avocados, it is ideal for roasting, baking, sautéing and stir-frying, with a high smoke point of up to 500°F (260°C).

Primal Kitchen said: "To ensure the highest quality, Primal Kitchen does not rely on any single metric, but instead uses a myriad of metrics to analyse the entire oil profile at various stages of our process".

The avocado oil is currently available at Whole Foods Market and via the brand's website.
