SeaPak has added a new addition to its line of frozen seafood: Coconut Cod.  The new product, which features crunchy coconut breading and 12g of protein per serving, follows the release of SeaPack's Jumbo Coconut Shrimp.    "When most people think of cod, they think of its mild, slightly sweet flavour.
