V&V Supremo Foods, a producer of Mexican cheese, crema and chorizo, has announced the acquisition of Mill Creek Cheese. In operation since 1891, Mill Creek Cheese is a facility located in Iowa County, Wisconsin. The acquisition will allow V&V Supremo to meet growing demand by increasing the production of its products. "This acquisition is a very important step in our growth strategy," said Gilberto Villaseñor II, chief visionary officer of V&V Supremo. "It will help us meet the growing demand for our products and expand our presence in key markets." Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
