Yough is launching new range of two-ingredient pizza dough made with yogurt and organic wheat flour. The new offerings use Greek yogurt as their base, offering gut-healthy postbiotics. According to the brand, the yogurt-based frozen doughs serves as a lower calorie, lower carb and higher protein alternative compared to leading cauliflower, chickpea and traditional wheat pizzas and crusts. The line is available in three frozen pizza options: cheese pizza, turkey pepperoni pizza, and naked crust, which consumers can customise with their chosen toppings. Jason Miller, co-founder and COO of Yough, said: “We knew two-ingredient dough was taking off, but felt there had to be an easier way for consumers to enjoy it while also making it cleaner and more delicious. We’re starting with frozen pizzas and dough, but Yough’s ultimate goal is to continue pushing the boundaries of what comfort food can be, while prioritising health and flavour.” To products are available for purchase through the brand's website.
