Mondelēz International is a North American multinational confectionery, food and beverage conglomerate that combines the spun-off snack food brands of the former Kraft Foods. With annual revenues of $30 billion, it is a leader in biscuits, chocolate, gum, candy and powdered beverages, with billion-dollar brands such as Oreo, LU and Nabisco biscuits; Cadbury, Cadbury Dairy Milk and Milka chocolate; and Trident gum. Its name derives from the Latin words for ‘world’ and ‘delicious’ and was invented by Kraft employees when the company was spun off in 2012. Mondelēz employs over 80,000 people around the world.
