Ever.Ag has announced the introduction of 'Cheese Yield Optimization,' a new solution that uses artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning to optimise efficiency, reduce waste and increase profitability for cheese manufacturers. Ever.Ag's 'Cheese Yield Optimization' tool provides manufacturers with "unprecedented visibility and performance of their operations". The programme digitises most of the cheese production process, analysing data to offer real-time actionable recommendations to operators and suggesting recipe changes for the next day's production. These recommendations, based on machine learning and AI, quantify the difference between optimal yields and production for both operations and financial teams.
