Coca-Cola’s Innocent drinks brand has launched a new range, Innocent Kids Juicy Water, available in two fruity variants.
The drinks are made with 70% real fruit, launching in Apples & Strawberries and Apples & Mangoes flavour options. They contain no added sugar, sweeteners or artificial flavours, and count as one of the recommended five portions of fruit and vegetables per day.
With research from the UK government indicating that only 12% of children get their five portions in, Innocent said it aims to help children enjoy fruit and vegetables more conveniently.
Both variants are available in 200m cartons and will roll into convenience stores from 5 April, following an exclusive initial launch into 549 Burger King restaurants across the UK.
Rob Yeomans, vice president of commercial development at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners GB, said: “Innocent continues to lead the way in providing innovative healthy drinks and this launch is another great example”.
“We’re encouraging retailers to get behind the launch with in-store POS and digital assets to support visibility, [and] drive engagement and incremental sales in the category.”
