Insane Grain launches 'Insane Kane' sorghum-based crisps

Insane Grain has launched a brand-new crisp product, Insane Kane Strikin' Hot Crisps, in partnership with footballer Harry Kane.

The crisps are designed to boost gut health by containing sorghum – a nutrient-rich “super grain”. The range also has a probiotic claimed to deliver a “world-first” gut health benefit in a crisp format. The new product is also gluten-free and designed to contain less fat than traditional crisps.

Insane Grain was valued at nearly £6 million at its most recent funding round and has raised about £1 million in total. The partnership with Kane includes a recent investment into the challenger brand from the sports figure. Kane described Insane Grain as an "exciting brand" to be involved with, adding that they share a "passion for healthier snacking". Insane Kane Strikin' Hot Crisps are available from the Insane Grain website.
