Fungi specialist M2 Ingredients has unveiled Myco-Suspend, a beverage solution that enables whole mushroom powders to remain suspended in beverages for extended periods.
The new solution launch responds to rising demand in the rapidly growing functional mushrooms market.
Described by M2 Ingredients as a ‘game-changing’ beverage solution, it is designed to ensure the extended performance of full-spectrum whole mushroom powders in both hot and cold ready-to-mix beverages.
The innovation aims to address the challenge of delivering a consistently smooth and enjoyable drinking experience in the functional mushroom beverage sector. It is available in ten organic species: lion’s mane, reishi, cordyceps, turkey tail, chaga, shiitake, maitake, king trumpet, sun mushroom and antrodia.
