Maruchan unveils new Yakisoba flavours

Japanese instant ramen noodles company, Maruchan, has introduced two new summer-inspired flavours to its Yakisoba range: Chili Cheese and Orange Chicken.

The Chili Cheese Yakisoba features a blend of cheddar cheese, sour cream and beef, offering a taste reminiscent of a comforting home-cooked meal. The creamy mixture is complemented by Maruchan's signature yakisoba noodles.

In contrast, the Orange Chicken Yakisoba caters to fans of classic Asian cuisine. This variant delivers a balance of sweet and tangy flavours, with a sauce that includes soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and mild chili. The noodles are accompanied by a medley of vegetables including cabbage, onions and carrots.

Mark Machino, manager of sales and marketing at Maruchan, said: "Our two new Yakisoba flavours address distinct flavour cravings that our audience has been requesting. With our Orange Chicken Yakisoba, we've captured the essence of this iconic dish in a convenient, brothless Yakisoba noodle version. It has that comforting sweet-and-savoury flavour profile you expect, with a kick of tangy chilli."

"Our new Chili Cheese Yakisoba gives noodle lovers a taste of familiar comfort food with a Yakisoba noodle twist. It really satisfies those cravings for rich, cheesy flavours."

The latest additions will be available at US retailers and online nationwide beginning this autumn.
