MNG Brands, a division of CBD Kratom, has acquired WellBeing Brewing Company, known for its non-alcoholic beers.
In recent years, the demand for functional and alcohol-free beverages has grown, and this acquisition enables MNG Brands to reinforce its commitment to the alternative wellness and functional beverage sector, while providing WellBeing Brewing with access to a broader audience.
WellBeing Brewing will maintain its brand identity after the acquisition. Operating under MNG Brands, the company will introduce a new range of infused beverages, including THC-infused drinks.
