Pernod Ricard releases new honey-flavoured vodka

Pernod Ricard has added a new natural honey-flavoured vodka to its Absolut range, designed to be mixed with lemonade for bar-quality drinks at home. The 38% ABV Absolut Hunni is exclusive to the UK and is made using natural flavours and no added sugar, aiming to deliver a sweet vodka with the flavour of golden honey. According to a Mintel flavour report, honey has been identified as an emerging flavour profile in the UK spirits market. Ian Peart, commercial director of Pernod Ricard UK, said that Absolut Hunni provides flavoured vodka fans with a new and exciting flavour profile to sip and enjoy with friends either at home or in the on-trade. He added: "This new addition to the Absolut range has been designed to be enjoyed with lemonade, making elevating at-home occasions super simple". Launching exclusively in Tesco this month, Absolut Hunni will roll out across the off- and on-Trade in April. You may also like to read:
