Sublime Butter and Clawson Farms have launched their latest creation: Clawson Farms Stilton Butter with Beef Dripping, White Truffle & Confit Garlic.
The new butter product promises to redefine gourmet spreads and could potentially disrupt the market for premium butter offerings.
After extensive experimentation and refinement, the collaboration has produced a rich and indulgent butter that combines the renowned quality of Clawson's PDO-certified Stilton with the luxurious flavours of beef dripping, white truffle and confit garlic.
Tony Ho, managing director and head chef at Sublime Butter, said: “...I wanted to create something that celebrated [stilton's] unique characteristics. The result is unreal – creaminess on creaminess, with a depth from the garlic and the headiness of the truffle.”
Ho highlighted the product's velvety texture and complex flavour profile, which he believes will make it a staple in both home kitchens and fine dining establishments.
This limited-edition butter is designed to be versatile, enhancing a variety of dishes from roast meats to vegetables, and even enjoyed simply on crackers.
