The Coconut Collab launches plant-based protein yogurt

Plant-based coconut yogurt brand The Coconut Collab has introduced Protein Yog, a dairy-free yogurt that delivers 10 grams of protein per serving.

The new coconut-based yogurt is naturally low in sugar and high in protein, derived from soy and almond, with all nine essential amino acids.

Protein Yog is fermented with live cultures that are said to improve gut health, without added sugar. The Coconut Collab uses ethically farmed coconuts that are naturally low in sugar and are full of minerals, electrolytes and healthy fats. The brand ensures that 100% of the coconuts it sources are used within its supply chain, resulting in zero waste.

The Coconut Collab founder James Averdieck said: “We’re...hugely excited to have the opportunity to offer our customers a simple way of upping their daily protein intake, without compromising on...delicious taste and product quality”.

The brand has also introduced the ‘UK’s first’ plant-based on-the-go Yog & Granola, pairing its coconut yogurt with crunchy granola clusters.

The new Protein Yog is available to purchase in UK retailers now for an RRP of £2.75 per 300g tub, while the on-the-go yogurt and granola pots are available for £2.50 each.
