Brooklyn Brewery expands its non-alcoholic range with Grapefruit IPA

Brooklyn Brewery has announced the expansion of its non-alcoholic portfolio with an update to the Special Effects Variety Pack, which will feature the debut of Special Effects Grapefruit IPA. The new non-alcoholic beer is exclusive to the variety pack. The brand's first non-alcoholic ale was the Hoppy Amber in 2019. Brooklyn Brewery has since expanded its non-alcoholic ale range with the introduction of Special Effects IPA in 2020, and the original Special Effects Variety Pack in 2021. Garrett Oliver, Brooklyn Brewery's Brewmaster, said: “What started out as a fun experiment in a blending session turned into something really great. The entire brewing team was initially just playing around with grapefruit juice, but we were all amazed by how good it ended up tasting. It quickly became a favourite with our team, and we're thrilled for everyone to be able to try it as part of the new Special Effects Variety Pack.” As well as the new Grapefruit IPA the variety pack will include Brooklyn Special Effects Hoppy Amber; Brooklyn Special Effects IPA and Brooklyn Special Effects Pils. The updated Special Effects Variety Pack, featuring the new Special Effects Grapefruit IPA, is available online and at major retailers.
