In an exclusive interview with FoodBev Media at Vitafoods Europe 2025, Cecile Da Cunha and Agathe Hermant discussed the latest innovations from Ingredia, presented at the event.
Among the highlights is Xelflex, a new bioactive ingredient developed to support joint health. Preclinical studies have shown that Xelflex can inhibit inflammatory markers (cytokines), leading to a significant reduction in oedema.
Ingredia is also showcasing Prodiet Hydrolysate B40, a native micellar casein hydrolysate with a high degree of hydrolysis (40%). This formulation is designed to support rapid muscle synthesis and offers fast assimilation, making it ideal for active nutrition applications.
